The core of our practice is the general Otolaryngology care provided by Drs Vanderark and Witt and by Jamie Roberts, PA. We strive to provide timely and expert diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of ENT disorders.
Whether this is through medical treatment, a procedure as simple as ear cleaning or as involved as surgery in a local hospital, we have the expertise and experience to manage your problem effectively. We are particularly proud of our experience with minimally invasive office procedures such as sinus balloon dilation, turbinate reduction and eustachian tube dilation.

Surgeries
We perform all types of ear, nose, and throat procedures, including:
- Ear: Ear tubes, BAHA implantable hearing aids, eardrum repair and other ear drum surgeries, treatment for meniere’s disease, and otoplasties.
- Nose: Septoplasties, endoscopic sinus surgery, turbinate reduction, and rhinoplasties.
- Throat: Tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, palate surgeries for snoring and sleep apnea, vocal cord surgeries, thyroidectomies, parotidectomies, and uvulectomy.
Sinus Surgery
We provide both traditional endoscopic sinus surgery as well as Balloon Sinuplasty (BSP). Endoscopic Sinus Surgery: A traditional sinus surgery performed at the West Shore Surgery Center or outpatient hospital setting. Balloon Sinuplasty (BSP): An in-office procedure with local anesthesia. A balloon is inserted and dilated to expand the sinus passages and restore appropriate drainage.

Nasal Fractures
A central part of the face, it’s no surprise that the nose is the most vulnerable bone on the
head to injury. Tenderness, swelling, and difficulty breathing through the nose are all signs of a nasal fracture, or broken nose. Nasal fractures can be treated by splinting and realigning the nose either by hand or surgery. After examining the extent of your fracture, our doctors will determine the best treatment plan for a smooth recovery.
