Meet Our Providers
Wesley D Vander Ark, MD
After deciding to become a physician and entering medical school, I found that I was better suited for a surgical specialty. I’ve always liked working with my hands, and I was drawn to that aspect of medicine, particularly microscopic surgery (microsurgery).
What attracted me to ear, nose, and throat medicine was the chance to focus on a smaller body area filled with significant complexity requiring both medical and surgical treatments. I appreciate the fact that Otolaryngology isn’t just a surgical subspecialty.
While narrow in its scope, it is diverse with various conditions that demand a range of knowledge, skills, and treatment techniques. My mission is to provide the best possible care for every ear, nose, and throat complaint. It isn’t just about surgery; it’s about caring and compassion, too. I have a true desire to help people and provide them with meaningful solutions for their ENT complaints. It’s why I became a doctor, and it’s why I put my heart into treating my patients.

Christopher J Witt, MD
What interested me in medicine was the ability to help others and truly positively influence their health. In some cases, medical management is appropriate; surgical intervention is the more appropriate choice in other cases. I was drawn to ear, nose, and throat medicine in part because it combines these aspects. Another reason is that, as a specialist, I quite frequently can make a real difference for people who have been unable to get the help they need.
At times, these specialized cases are challenging, but I enjoy being challenged. I especially enjoy overcoming those challenges and providing solutions for people who need them. In addition, I make a point of making a diagnosis and treatment understandable for you and putting you at ease. After that, I put every ounce of my training and personal dedication into helping you get the relief you need.

Doctor of Audiology
I am excited to be returning to the ENT Surgery Group team. Working together with the physicians enables me to see a wide range of patients. Together, our team will be able to improve the hearing healthcare for our patients. I have been practicing in the audiology field for over 25 years. I had spent many years at CAIU, where I worked with the pediatric population.
I am excited to assist patients of all ages with their hearing healthcare needs and to be returning to a medical office setting. I received my undergraduate from Penn State University in Communication Science and Disorders. I received my master’s degree in Audiology from SUNY @ Geneseo. I later returned to A.T. Still University to obtain my Doctors of Audiology.
I enjoy Penn State football games, reading, and spending time with my husband and two daughters.

Kristi N Witt, M.A., CCC-SLP
Speech Pathologist
I decided on a career in speech pathology because I felt the field would challenge me intellectually while allowing me to work closely with patients. It is gratifying to be able to help people enhance and preserve their communications skills.
I do this by offering the latest speech evaluation and treatment methods in communication disorders. Also, my patients find me to be very enthusiastic, compassionate, and supportive of them. That’s because I have a genuine concern for the difficulties they are experiencing. You will notice this from the minute we first meet.
With my education, advanced training, and years of experience, I am confident that I can improve my patients’ quality of life. I earned my master’s degree in Communications Disorders from Wayne State University in Detroit, and I make a point of staying on top of the latest advances in my field through research as well as membership in the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
After working in clinical medicine for over two decades, I was ready for a new challenge! I decided to become a certified Laser Aesthetics Clinician. With my medical knowledge, I can offer a unique perspective on aesthetic treatments. This evolution has been hugely rewarding as I am able to yield incredible results with no down time for my patients. I help instill new-found confidence with natural results that outperform Botox and fillers.

Kaitlyn Keller, DNP,FNP-C
I am very excited to continue my career at ENT Surgery Group! For the past three years, I have been working here as a Registered Nurse, specifically in the Allergy Department. During this time, I was able to establish great patient relationships and advanced my knowledge in the ENT speciality thanks to all the incredible staff. While working as a RN, I was also completing my graduate studies to be a Nurse Practitioner. I attended The Pennsylvania State University for both my undergraduate Bachelors in Nursing degree and my graduate Doctor in Nursing Practice degree with a focus on Families/Individuals Across the Lifespan Nurse Practitioner option.
Throughout my doctoral program, I had various clinical training opportunities with all ages, including pediatric patients and older adults. In the last year of my program, I was also able to complete a specialized clinical rotation in ENT. After working in the specialty for three years and completing other clinical rotations, it became clear to me that I am passionate about working in a specialty because I believe it will allow me to provide the best, patient-centered care. I enjoy building relationships with patients, providing patient education, and building treatment plans that are both evidence-based and align with my patient’s goals. I am looking forward to focusing in on my patients’ concerns, while respecting the complexity of the ENT system!
In my free time, I enjoy outdoor recreation such as fly fishing, hiking, camping, and court sports with my husband and dog. I also enjoy traveling and hope to continue exploring new places in the coming years!
